Renewed my home insurance with A-Plan. Insurance was competitive but policy fact sheet was posted out to another person/address. Given that this included some personal data, I was less than impressed.
Update: A-Plan have subsequently confirmed that the incorrectly delivered documents have been destroyed - knowing this gives me more peace of mind.

I was put in contact with Quinton Hall of Parkstone and he was both patient and helpful: patient because I needed a lot of information and guidance, and helpful because he found an answer to the problem i had. I have been with a different company for the past fifteen years and am very glad to be with Quinton and Parkstone now, and will most likely stay with them from now onwards.

I use this company for my car and home contents insurance. I find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. They will clearly discuss all requirements and provide sensible options. In addition a couple of years ago they managed a small contents claim on my behalf. I believe that they genuinely act as my agent and obtain better insurance than I would ever manage.
