There was no wait time to be seen, when we called into the office, and the service was efficient and informative. There was no pressure to either renew the policy or to take any additional covers, although these were explained and the benefits pointed out. The office was very tidy with a professional atmosphere.

A Plan were very quick and very helpful. I had problems with my previous car insurance company in march and within a few hours they had me covered. I have now moved my house and contents cover to them. Both the policies also at a lower premium..

Jonathan Hart at the St Albans branch has been particularly helpful this year, even saving our holiday when our windscreen cracked, arranging very fast insurer approval to use a local repair company, rather than the insurer's preferred supplier.
