I am always able to speak to someone in the office without having to wait for a call back. I recently called the office by mistake late on a Saturday evening. A Plan called me several times on Monday morning to check everything was ok. Very reassuring!

Always a top service but had to, for the first time make a claim for a seriously damaged craft. Put the claim form, photos & quote into Quinton at the A-plan Parkstone office and received go ahead for repairs 22hrs later…. This level of service seems to be in the minority during this pandemic where companies are using Covid as an excuse to trim back the staffing levels.
