This year's offer was less than last year's. Was dealt with by an extremely competent and polite person . My insurance now is roughly half what it was before I started using this company . When offered insurance on property and contents , quote is nearly half of what I'm presently paying . I will transfer when due . No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent service. Very easy to arrange my insurance, speaking with a person makes an enormous difference, you're sure you have the right protection that you need. It's so much nicer than online and removes any uncertainty. Recently I was unfortunate to have to claim. The personal service I received was fantastic. The agent at the Luton office has arranged everything for me, she has been really good.

I think I have been with this company for more than 20 years, I do get slightly cheaper quotes for car insurance from other companies, but I like the service that A plan gives. And the fact they can deal with any question with one phone call.
