I am so impressed with the professionalism shown by Birinder Bedi at Tooting. He spent so much time looking for the right product for me and also explaining every area of the policy. I would most definitely recommend A Plan and Birinder and would be using them again for any future insurance needs.

Why wouldn’t I want to do business with A Plan insurance, unless:
I was so unconcerned of their ethics that I would choose to have my insurances with ACME insurance corporation, HQ in Lagos, Nigeria, or
I was more interested in getting the cheapest deal, whatever that was from Trotters Independent Traders of Peckham, London, or
My insurance issues was of so little concern to my insurance company that I choose to use Pyongyang All Insurance, based in North Korea.
No my continued relationship regarding my personal insurances with A plan Insurance is based on mutual trust and respect. A developed relationship means that when I receive a reminder of upcoming renewal the letter is signed by Sarah or Philippa which is followed up by a telephone call by Sarah or Philippa and when I visit the office I speak face-to-face with Sarah or Philippa or one of the other equally approachable members of staff. I am very happy that A-plan insurance maintain the closest thing to a village shop ethos and attitude in this type of business. The know me and I know them.

Always a good experience with Worcester branch. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Will go the extra mile to find the best deal and don't 'auto renew' unlike the one time I went via a comarison site. That's why I've used A-Plan for years.

Insurance renewal is always a somewhat lengthy process. Shopping around might save money for a year, as companies welcome you on board, but premiums always go up again in year two and you have to repeat the shopping around process all over again to save money. For me this is just a pain. I have been with A-Plan Insurance and they have always provided an excellent service. They do the shopping around fir me, and have always come up with good policies and keen premiums. This year has been no exception. They saved me £70 on my car insurance by switching me to another provider, but with extra benefits included. Good friendly service, patient, knowledgeable, made the process as easy as possible..
