Phoned Tunbridge Wells branch for a car insurance quote after a friend had recommended A Plan.The lady I spoke to was very helpful and able to meet my car insurance requirements with a notably cheaper quote than the I received from my present on-line provider. Plus you can visit their branch office and speak to someone face to face. No more hanging on the phone trying to get through to call centres. Would recommend.

i went on the internet for car insurance, i found A plan they asked me what i was looking for, my phone number, i was then contacted by A plan a real voice. he sorted my insurance needs and gave me a good quote, which i was pleased with. a real person gives real answers.

I like dealing with A Plan as a real person answers the phone and the real people all actually know about insurance, they are not just reading a script. They are always helpful and even when I messed up answering questions and had to call back to change my answers, they dealt with me kindly and professionally. They obtained a very competitive quote for my house insurance. Very pleased.
