I was contacted by A-Plan Insurance, having been a client many many years ago, but left because I moved away from the area. We had a very long phone call in which I was read all the details. This took a very long time and I did find I was getting very tired (I'm an old person). Anyway it was left that they would phone again the next day, which they did and were able to offer me a lower price for my insurance than I was currently paying. James (who spoke to me was unerringly polite (and patient), and I'm happy that I decided to go with them.
