As always very satisfied with A plan. Renewed over the phone well before renewal date. Asked for documents to be posted. After a week had not received, rang to say- told yo wait a few more days! After nearly 2 weeks still not received, so rang again. Documents emailed which meant I had to print everything off. Still never received anything in post. But disappointed on that score!
