Used for a number of years now, always friendly and helpful on the phone, prices are competitive. Haven't had to claim yet. Would recommend. I would have given 5 stars but the admin fee charged is over the top in my view, insurance ÂŁ115, renewal / admin fee ÂŁ40, that is a large percentage of the overall premium.

As always excellent service from A plan staff. They do all the groundwork for you to find you the best price with good cover. I would imagine in the event of a claim you will be well taken care of. Staff are a credit to the company.

Olivia was brilliant throughout the process. Helped me receive the best cover for the best price. Email and phone communication was perfect and well appreciated.
