The initial quote was higher than expected & as such I had to challenge. Looking to retain the business revised quote accepted. Whilst this still (in my view) a little high I have experienced the A Plan support following an accident and in this knowledge it is worth spending a little more knowing th esupport is there in the future if ever needed. Also this is a small personal office (compared with typical call centres) and Easy to contact.
