The face-to-face service and the speed of receiving the final quotation were excellent. However, being able to open up and read the final insurance documents sent to me left a lot to be desired. I spent a considerable amount of time over 4 days entering the various details required to prove I was who I was, but the authentication process used, to send a simple pass number, just did not work. A great pity as this let down the whole system used by A-plan.

Asked for price to be reviewed and it was done so promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately not quite as competitive as some of the other quotes I received however overall I am happy with A plan and so for convenience I stayed with them as opposed to swapping for a cheaper deal. Many thanks
