I’ve been a long-standing customer with A Plan Insurance Brokers at Parkstone Dorset ( despite residing in Sussex ). The main outstanding reason for that, is there excellent customer service and being able to call and get someone to answer within a few rings. My experience today was above and beyond anything a reasonable person would expect. I want to especially thank Joshua Peiro for his outstanding customer service. The experience today reminds me why I stay with A Plan, their service and professional skills, such as outstandingly displayed by Josh today, are superb. Nothing too much trouble, polite, respectful and so accommodating. Josh deserves the highest praise for his immaculate customer service, not to mention his outstanding people skills. I have no doubts whatsoever in unhesitatingly recommending A Plan Parkstone. I’d advise anyone to hesitate before going on to a comparison site. In my experience you receive excellent professional help and advice, not to mention, a surprisingly competitive quote at A Plan Parkstone.

I recently renewed my house & contents and my acquaintance with A-Plan Witney. I was immediately welcomed back and the quote was given and questions answered professionally and quickly. Charis did a good job of handling my renewal which was done there and then.
The only downside was that immediately my existing company realised I was going elsewhere they reduced their quote substantially from the initial renewal figure they had offered me!! I will of course have to bear this in mind for next year but I accepted A-Plan's quote and am happy that they are local and available in case of any claims that may occur this year. Janet Cox

I had an opportunity to make an impromptu visit to your insuranc e office in central Fareham, where i asked staff to make general enquiries related to the renewal of my expiring car insurance. A very courteous appraisal of my driving history and needs was carried out and i was pleased to receive a new offer very marginally better than with my expiring broker. I prefer the opportunity for face to face annual meetings rather than computerised On line finger crunching with cheaper offers.

I have used A-Plan for a number of years now, gradually covering all my insurance needs - Home contents, buildings, motor. The team are always, without exception, helpful and professional.
