Recently had to claim on my home insurance, Aplan were amazing. As a broker they were easy to deal with, very helpful, completed agreed actions very quickly. Not very often come across a company this efficient and competent. Can not recommend high enough!!

What can I say? I received the renewal notice in plenty of time, the price was comparable with the competition, and when I was unable to access their computer portal, a hard copy of the renewed policy was sent without demur.

A-Plan always give me plenty of warning when my car insurance is due. They continue to remain competitive. Always a friendly voice and very helpful. It's great to actually be able to phone a company and get a voice that speaks to you straight away without having to press 1,2,3 for whatever and then have to wait in a queue. Great service, well done A-Plan.
