Absolutely first class people to deal with. Always exceedingly helpful and accomadating. I had a problem that took some prolonged sorting out and they couldn't have been more patient and diligent. Dealing with someone face to face beats trying to get cover online or even on the phone when you have a situation that doesn't fit the everyday criteria. I can't recommend the team at A Plan highly enough.

I had to phone them after being stopped by the police for no insurance. I was insured by them and they sorted out copies of insurance and put my mind at rest over my insurance. I never noticed I had put the wrong letter on the vehicle registration. They also sort that without charge or issue. Great service when you need it

After years of surfing the net and then calling my current insurer to obtain their revised quote, for my 'loyalty', I decided to give A-Plan a call. Wow! Really knowledgeable staff who did what they said they would. Got back to me a t the agreed time with competitive quotes. Luckily, I haven't needed to claim, but feel confident that would be seamless too.

Helpful, competent and friendly staff at Parkstone branch, price is always competitive (I do checks elsewhere to make sure). Plus peace of mind that if you ever had to claim, then the process goes quickly and smoothly.
