A-plan have been absolutely wonderful in supporting me through a complex home insurance claim. I've had a really nasty situation with repeat break-ins and a lot of criminal damage and it's been one of the worst things that has ever happened to me.
Sue Hornby at the Bath branch took care of everything right from the outset, saving me from any additional stress. She has been cheerful, very supportive and positive every time I talked to her.
When you're in a crisis, it's great to have someone so helpful and effective on your side.

Ruth went out of her way to check she was getting me the right level of cover at the best price as my premium had increased quite a bit this year for no obvious reason.
I have also used them for travel insurance (remember the days when we could travel) very competitive with excellent cover.
I also like you can walk in to the office in Macclesfield if you need too.
Give them a call and let them sort out all your insurance.
