I was recommended to A Plan by the Caterham specialists from whom I bought my 7. From my first telephone call over two years ago now I have been absolutely delighted with the service provided by A Plan. Their prices are extremely competitive when it comes to specialist insurance necessary for a car like the Caterham Seven. It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company who so obviously still believe in good old fashioned customer service. Thank you A Plan!

Really pleased with the service I received. Received a call regarding my renewal on my camper van, they beat their original quote and as I needed home insurance they took the details and came back to with a great price from a well known insurer. The broker really understood the insurance products he was selling and managed it to what I needed so I didn't pay for anything I didn't want or need.

Renewed the car insurance again and for the 2nd. year running its actually gone down with the same company. That to me was quite remarkable as normally it goes up.

A plan offered me the complete service - for a few year . The price then jumps up above the ordinary and when I go back the service returns to being competitive . But then it’s too late as you loose two insurance renewals for a while . Not sure what the reason is . The word of mouth buisness works both ways . Apart from this the service is great which is frustrating because the St Albans office is superb .
