I have only recently come across A1 - wish I'd done so ages ago! Michelle Baldwin in the Tooting office was very patient, helpful and explained all my options really clearly. She emailed the details so I could take it all in before confirming, and I'm more than happy with the saving I've made on House insurance. Thanks Michelle!

Used A plan to arrange my car and house insurance this year as my current insurance company had increased all insurances considerably even though I had no claims in the previous 5+ years.
A plan saved me money on all insurances and were very helpful and polite in making the arrangements. Every time you ring they answer the phone. They called back when they said they would. Excellent service. Cant fault them at all.

Due to the death of my cousin we needed to contact A-Plan insurance concerning the renewal notice that had arrived at her house even though the insurance had been cancelled. We spoke to someone from your Tooting Office called James Bradley who could not have been more pleasant or helpful and went out of his way to help us. A delightful experience - so rare when trying to deal when any services these days.

I renewed my insurance with my previous insurers. My husband had an accident just b4 it expired. So this put the cost of renewing up. I was not happy that the cost went up so much. My husbands claim had not been completed still hasnt. It drags on. It is not a good position to be in as ourcar us old but mechanically well looked after. However money is all people think of and we risk losing our car. It could be written off. All in all its nit been a great experience.

My Landrover requires special insurance for use on organised Trek Days by JLR. My current insurer could not provide this type of cover.
I contacted API and they were happy to provide the level of insurance that I required for Trek Days. Not only could API provide this additional insurance their annual policy price was ÂŁ150 cheaper than my existing policy that did not include for Trek Days!
