I have used A-plan for my van insurance for over 15 years and find them to be competitive on pricing. They are very efficient whenever I contact them and they are thorough in searching for the most suitable and cost effective policy for me. I now have other policies set up and Birinder from the Tooting branch was great in ensuring my cover was appropriate for my needs and that I was getting best value for money. I'll use them for years to come if they continue to act in the same professional manner as they have done so far.

After a short period of being without a vehicle and no insurance cover. I returned to A-Plan. I was very pleasantly surprised that the company had all my previous information still on their records. I was able to get a satisfactory new quotation and continue with a new policy, I have to say their Staff are very professional, very helpful and went the extra mile on my behalf, we’ll done and thank you.

I have all my insurances under the one umbrella; house, car etc. Anything relating to any of them, or annual renewals are literally only a phone call away. This was my plan and A Plan could not of accomodated it better. There is no waiting around, or long holds on the telephone, too; which can be do frustrating, these days. Each and every A Plan representative has been kind, helpful and totally professional in meeting my needs. Very competitive, honest and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am treated as their customer, in the old fashioned sense; which can be rare, these days. I have no hesitation, whatsoever in recommending them.

Excellent service. A-Plan listen to my requirements, advise on potential best offers and deal with all the administration. Been with A-Plan for a number of years and have been completely satisfied every time. Had car insurance, commercial vehicle insurance, freight and business insurance, and home insurance over the years and thoroughly recommend A-Plan and particularly the Exeter Branch especially Stephen who has given great advice throughout.
