As I have been with A-plan for a few years renewal was very simple and painless . As one of my cars is a classic and on an agreed value I was able to increase its value to market value at a very minimal cost . The whole process was handled easily and efficiently by representative and will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to friends .

I was shocked when I received my insurance renewal from elsewhere and mentioned this to my daughter who recommended Aplan. Thank goodness she did. Called and spoke to Paolo who was excellent. Paula came back really quickly with a fantastic quote saving us a substantial amount. Really impressed with the service and will contact them once my household insurance is due for renewal.

Visited A-Plan Insurance in Malvern today to get quotes for buildings and contents insurance for my house after first looking online at other providers. I had used A-Plan many years ago for my car insurance and had always been impressed then. Today was no exception; Ryan Lane in the Malvern office was meticulous in his checking of our requirements and in ensuring we weren’t under, or over, insured. He totally understands the local housing stock and the peculiarities of the geography of Malvern. After a thorough search of the market he suggested an excellent policy with a major, highly-rated provider that not only had far more comprehensive cover than that I had been offered online by numerous insurers, but the policy was nearly £300 cheaper than the lowest online offer and with a far smaller excess too. I was delighted and accepted the policy. The visit was a reminder to me that true specialists like Ryan are a great resource and offer a tailored, genuinely personal approach rather than the faceless algorithms of the online insurers. The latter of course have many merits but today’s impressive experience means that from now on I will always return to A-Plan to see what they can offer for all our insurance requirements.
