I've been using A-plan for nearly 10 years now. The service is top notch. Recently moved house and had to change details. It was done in minutes. My partner, on the other hand, was on the phone for over an hour. She is now with A-plan! Keep up the great service!

Michelle Baldwin helped me to renew my home insurance policy after my former insurer transferred the policy to A-Plan. My former insurer appeared not to have given all the details to A-Plan correctly but Ms Baldwin was very efficient and responsive in sorting it out, and explained various things in a lucid and helpful way.

I spoke with Catherine Smith and she was very helpful, friendly, professional and she explained thing very clearly and she made me understand everything. She was very good and she's a credit to the company. Very happy with them. They looked for any other insurance providers for me that could give a better deal and suggested continuing with who I am with.
