I have used A-Plan Thatcham branch for many years to insure my beach buggy, they also do my house and contents. Prices are the best I could find and renewal is completely hassle free, occasionally the price even goes down. I have tried others before finding A-Plan and the price invariably crept up each year until I decided to leave them when miraculously they could do a deal to stop me leaving. Never happens with A-Plan, they're just honest and straight with you. There staff are always really pleasant and helpful as well.

The initial renewal seemed to be high when compared with other sources. On relaying my findings to A-Plan, they reviewed my insurance and changed insurance provider and came back with a better house insurance at a reasonable price. I do not like their preference to use mobile phones to communicate as I live in a poor reception area and often I can not get a signal.

This was a renewal of car insurance which A-Plan had sourced at a considerably cheaper price the year before. Renewal was still cost beneficial and easily completed over the phone and internet. I have been so pleased with the level of service from A-Plan that I have insured further cars and am also asking them to put a proposal to me for house insurance.
