So I had a choice of around three or four good quotes and A Plan went that bit further matching my lower quote and actually taking a fair bit of time to go through the various options, and they did not mind me ringing them a fair number of times to make sure I had everything I needed on the policy.
The end choice came down to that and just the general attitude of the staff I spoke to always polite and cheerful; and customer service to me still counts.
