Excellent service from real people . In these times of automated and inhuman systems of buying insurance it's so nice to speak to understanding people who really know what good service is. Third year of using this company and as ever they gave me great value .. not the cheapest but I feel safe in the knowledge that they have provided the best policy for me .

Prompt and efficient service. Sure I could get a slightly better deal if I used one of the comparison sites but is it really worth the hassle and know with A Plan that if I had any queries or wanted something sorted (as I did with a windscreen fairly recently)they can be relied on to arrange it. Worth paying a bit extra for that peace of mind.
