Alerted by phone that our car insurance was due at the end of the month. We said we would prefer to call into the office in Kidderminster, as we have done in previous years. We called in, discussed our car insurance and premium and paid the bill. Simples.

The basic policy is adequate but it quickly gets into the extras mode the moment you move off the standard schedule. Anything outside it negates their competative edge and maybe go to a specialist.
They were professional, polite and knowlegable. Obviously, adroit at handling customers and well trained. Just what you'd expect from a local insurance office with an eye for next years premiums as well.

Car insurance had surprisingly gone up from last year quite considerably. Only when I showed prices from competitors was I given a “revised” quote which was more realistic and in line with quotes received from alternative companies. Frustrating why this wasn’t given this in the first place.....

I have been a cust9mer for several years.
I have however switched my car 8nsurance this year because I had a quote that was much more competitive then what APlan could offer and the price was being held for three years.
But I was saddened to have to move that policy away from A Plan
