I recently took out a car insurance with A Plan Insurance and had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey who was very knowledgeable, thorough and definitely very patient when explaining everything involved with the policy. A very friendly and polite person to deal with and also secured a competitive price. Great advantage not having to deal with a Call Centre too.

Such a pleasure to deal with, the best thing there is no long delay waiting to press option 1, then 5 etc., It's was so simple, the sequence was 1)You call and speak to an actual human being, who asks a few questions and puts you through to someone who can tailor a quote to suit your circumstances. 2) They do all the work in getting the best deal for you and advise best deals for you. You pay for your policy and they send all the relevant documents. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, patient and explained any technicalities in understandable English. Will definitely use again for car insurance - and many thanks to Joe Williams at the Stratford On Avon branch...
