I have had Aplan for about three years now a friend told me about them ,i got better deals from them then a well knowen company i was using and i had been with that company for years ,they get five stars from me , office in town you talk so some one face to face and they are polite ,big boys take note.

Always really impressed with all the different departments and branches at a-plan. They are all super helpful and friendly, take the time to explain and tailor the policies to my specific needs. They go the extra mile and I've got complete confidence in their ability to help should I ever need to make a claim. Their premiums are competitive, their policies cover all my needs and the admin fee for their services are fully worthwhile.

Very helpful and polite, went through the policy I was purchasing with me, Cameron Birkby was my advisor and was very happy with his service. Also had an email from the manager at Basingstoke which I was very happy to get and asked me if all went well. It shows that it is a well run establishment and engages with customers. Am very happy with service and will carry on using A plan.
