This is the first renewal with A-plan for my home insurance. The whole process was very easy from start to finish and I was able to visit the Horsham branch to have my questions answered. Good, but after 20 years we filed a claim caused by storm rain and guess what? Part claim was not approved and the premium went up by over £100 !!

Was contacted by A-Plan almost immediately after expressing my interest on their website. I had gone through all the comparison sites and then read the reviews on trust pilot for the cheapest quotes and was apprehensive about proceeding. Being able to speak to someone direct and not through a call centre matters to me as I intend to change my car midway through the year and don't want any hassle.
