The person I spoke to in the Kingston branch. He was sensible, calm and fully in command of all the information I needed. When I added something in at the last minute he was completely unflurried and dealt with my request swiftly and effectively. I am bad with names but I remember both his first and last names began with M. I think the first one was Mahdi?
