I rang Howden to discuss possibly renewing my car insurance through them. Happened by chance to find myself talking to Ben who had been my initial contact 12 months ago. Decided to renew with Howden despite significantly cheaper policies being available online, because of impressive Trustpilot reviews and also Ben's assurance that he can always be contacted to discuss any aspect of the policy now or in the future. I prefer this personal contact rather than the impersonality of online.
