I was happy to renew my home insurance via A-Plan. The quote was competitive. I like the service A-Plan provide - a courtesy call well in advance of the renewal date, and the willingness to call again when I was unable to have a chat at that time as I was in work. The staff are pleasant, helpful and informative. They answer the phone straight away and you know who you are discussing insurance with as they are locally based - not a remote call centre. Paying is quick and easy by credit or debit card, and documents are available quickly on line, or as paper copies if preferred.
