Renewed with APlan due to an ongoing case which has not been resolved for 1.5 years…after renewal I could not access documents on their portal and no response still after over I week to request the renewal documents. Got a speedy follow up now and appreciate APlan chasing up on resolving the ongoing claim.

I have used A-Plan for about 10 years. I came to them having had a bad experience with on-line brokers and their hidden costs and poor admin. A-Plan have consistently found me good deals on both car and house and contents insurance, and have been first class when it all gets important: making a claim.

I have been with A Plan now for close to 20 years and I have all my house insurances with them and my car insurance. I have been very happy with the service and when the time has come for some help they have always responded. Of course the other advantage is that as they're in my home city, I can call in (notwithstanding Covid at it's height). For this reason I quite happily recommend them.

Lindsey Clark was absolutely fantastic and gave me several call backs after she liaised with different companies to get the best quote which I am very happy with.
