Oh, the joy of speaking to a real human being when arranging insurance! I was asked the necessary questions and, in return, I could ask questions myself. The policy I accepted had exactly the cover I needed and was markedly less expensive my previous insurer.

Did not receive postal paperwork but when I queried this was told it had been sent & another copy would be issued. This was received within 2 days. So all in all a successful transaction.

Had an emergency and had to change car from taxi insurance to private car insurance, everything went through effortlessly, and I have the option to change it back if needed. Have been with a-plan previously, they may be a little more expensive than others, but their service more than makes up for it. Would highly recommend these x
