A Plan always supply a competitive quote. They are also open to discussion for any discount. Extremely helpful in the case of a claim. All their personnel are friendly. Have used them for several years with no complaint. Always look at other supliers and insurers and do not just blindly use with A Plan. I have recommended A Plan to several friends.

After a week of stress and endless calls where I was asked to value items from curtain poles to…… to and fro I am now insured but not really the cover I had hoped for, it was not a good experience this time. I used to be with the company A plan took over.
I understand the margins are tight but even so….. and I think suggesting a customer might be acting in a fraudulent fashion is not the best use of language or insinuation !! No one was deliberately rude…. I am hoping for a better level of customer care next year .
