I can't rate Ryan from Guildford highly enough, I had a nasty experience with quick fit insurance. I went and saw Ryan who was so kind and caring, he was so helpful and sorted out my car insurance. He explained everything clearly and careful, trying to get me the best deal, he did not rush me even though it was closing time for him..I would highly recommend him.

So I been with Howdens for 4 years no claim etc I have always had no claims protection and asks for this on my latest policy and was led to believe it was part of the quote so paid for the policy thinking all great .Then the documents were sent over and I read through them to check and there was no no claims cover attached,so I rang the guy who sold the policy to me and he said that company who I’m insured with on protect after 5 years of no claims .So why didn’t say that before I paid for the full policy ,very disappointing tbh
