We were changing two cars with three drivers and Howdens staff were able to present two or three options and text them to me. Great help dealing with one person throughout and when ready to finalise it’s good to come into your office to finalise our arrangements. Staff always helpful and patient. Thankyou

I cannot say that I have been over impressed with your service. When I first went to Howdens for a quote on my new car, I thought i was dealing with my local branch here in Chichester, but after I accepted your quote, I discovered that I was dealing with another branch way out in Eastbourne????

They beat my renewal just
Got a flyer through the post so I gave them a ring for a qoute for buildimg and contents. Initially the price was higher than my renewal(for like for like quote). Once I told them what my renewal was they just beat it so I bought it, as the underwriters were a reputable company too.
If they had given me there best price to begin with I would have scored them 5 instead of 4.

Called local branch but transferred to a branch in another county due to staff shortages. Agent said he would send confirmation email but this was not done. Had to call back to confirm insurance had been taken out on dates requested and documents posted out.
