I first called at your office to make enquiries only about taking out a new policy. My current company had advised they were no longer processing home insurance.

We initially got in touch with Howden after we realised that they had taken over Aston Lark who we wished to return to after issues with our previous broker for our specialist bus. We spoke to Jon Smith who was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have since moved over all of our insurances to Howden and I've even moved my home insurance over to them too. Jon is an incredible asset to the team and I really enjoy working with him, I hope that this is the start of a long future between us and Howden.
