Use their Taunton Office, for home, cars and motorhome cover. Great guys and girls, easy to deal with and COMPETITIVE. Sadly just had a car claim, phoned them and not only did they do the rest, they followed up with repeated phone calls right up to getting the car back. Thanks Andy you deserve a big pat on the back.

Got email of notice of renewal of a household policy. Telephoned Catherine Smith in the Tooting office who handled the renewal and the change of address with despatch and in a matter of minutes. Very satisfactory.

Received a phone cal from Mr Parish Modi of A-plan Insurance, a very pleasant and helpful gentleman. Go took me through the renewal costs etc and explained every thing very clearly.

I rang up about my Insurance as was told the lady would ring me back in a few minutes as she was on the telephone, I waited in all morning until 2:00pm but she didn't ring back, so I made some more on line enquiries from other companys. I got a phone call from the manager on the Thursday and told him what had happened and he was very apologetic and said he would look into things and gave me a reduction on my original quote. He was very polite and courteous so I have stayed with the company.

Looking to get estimates for new vehicle, got four prices from independent Insurence companies ,three were way out of what I wanted to pay, A-plan came up with the best price with the details for cover.
I’ve got too vehicles my home Insurence with them now, very pleased with service I’ve had.
