On Monday 14th November, 2022, I rang the A-Plan office and had a very fast and effective conversation with Matthew Hadley. We renewed my House Insurance very quickly and the paperwork arrived by post a few days later. As is my usual experience with calling A- Plan, everything was handled politely and quickly.
