I presented Stephen Bailey with a tricky problem - buildings insurance for a house let through the local authority and he achieved a highly competitive quote in a very few hours. He explained everything very clearly and we felt in safe hands. I had a prejudice against using a broker to begin with, but I feel we really needed someone like Stephen to help us navigate.

A-Plan insurance is without doubt the best option for high performance or specialist cars. Lisa went to great lengths to organise exactly the cover I needed for my American import and managed to beat my previous best quote by £150. Soon getting a quote for another vehicle that is up for renewal in April. Keep up the good work.

A-Plan will go through various insurances and generally come up with some very good options for the Driver --Reasonable prices and doing all the donkey work of checking the various companies etc.--Altogether very satisfied with A-Plan - for best value and renewal reminders plus a help line is available.

Having searched for a new car insurance company because our renewal was ridiculous. I called A- Plan as part of my search. What a stroke of luck. I spoke to Jane who was great and actually listened as I described our circumstances ( lived outside the UK and only been back for one year etc).
Jane gave me a quote for the same standard of cover as the renewal which was well below the renewal price, and I would have been happy to accept. I sent the documents she asked for.
Jane called next day and said she had another look and could upgrade the cover to comprehensive Aviva and comprehensive breakdown RAC so quality companies, plus other coverages for £ 132 less than the renewal. To say I was shocked that someone tried that hard rather than sticking to the first quote on the computer. (comparison sites)
