Having received a standard renewal notice from a well known Home Insurance company which I didn't think would give me the cover I needed for my bungalow which was underpinned over 25 years ago it was reassuring to speak to Howdens agent who was very helpful in enabling my insurance to be tailored to match my needs when presented with building certification, although costing a little more. By going through a broker it had a more personal service knowing my home was adequately covered.
