We unfortunately had a water leak the day after our house insurance started with A Plan - Sharon looked after our claim from start to finish and has been absolutely brilliant throughout. She has kept us informed at each stage of the claim, challenged the insurance company and simply made sure we were looked after. She is without doubt a star!!

Been with A-Plan for a number of years. Good to deal with 'actual people' who are always pleasant and helpful. I always compare against web sites and they are competitive, hence I remain with them. I was involved in a 'no fault' car accident some years ago and A-Plan were excellent handling the matter. Dealt with me face to face when reporting the incident; courtesy car provided and repair dealt with locally.
