A plan contacted me over the phone to discuss the renewal of my home insurance. The lady was polite and courteous and explained to me that my current insurer was going to triple my insurance for the coming year. Upon looking on her system she was able to find me an insurer that was only going to charge me exactly what i was paying already.
So you can obviously see why i have given A Plan a 5 star rating.

Helpful, human, informative without pressure. Follow up calls were polite and professional. Insurance was really easy with them.
