Hi A-Plan,
I have been with A-Plan for a few years (after being with Rose Insurance which they took over) and always their staff very friendly and professional.
Catherine Smith from the Tooting Office looks after my House building and contents insurance and finds the best policy for me and my requirements. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and, always keeps me updated.
I continue to recommend A-Plan to my friends.

Arranged my camper van conversion with A-Plan yesterday, had a lengthy discussion about my required cover with Tamsin.
She went through everything with me in comprehensive detail, explaining all the detail in a professional and unhurried manner, got me an excellent price including cover for things I hadn't thought about!!! Will enjoy my weekends away knowing that my insurance cover is in place with exactly the correct protection. Highly recommend A-Plan.

I have used A-Plan to insure my car and house for a long time. On the 2 occasions I have needed them to assist me (1 - when a car reversed into mine and 2- to repair damage to a bathroom) they have always been prompt and provided real help, which is not always the case. I highly recommend A-Plan!
