Very easy to renew, all staff I had dealings with were very helpful. I was in the unfortunate position of having to make a claim at renewal time thanks to the recent storms. No problem getting through by telephone and had a loss adjuster booked to view within about 3 days. Don't think that would of happened if I dealt directly with an insurance company! Probably still be going through option 15 on the telephone!!!
