A-Plan provided a good 'instruct us, and we will sort out the detail' service, as an alternative to using one of the internet comparison sites.

I bought a new car and as already insured with you I requested a new quote. The one I was offered I considered totally unacceptable as the price quoted did not in any way reflect the price I paid in April for a cat same make engine size and park assist. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and agreed to look for a more acceptable offer. I rang a few days later and the cost although slightly increased was far more acceptable and I continued with the insurer. So with this in mind I consider the care and consideration given to their clients highly acceptable.

Phoned A Plan to get my annual Building and contents Insurance Quote. I spoke to Catherine Smith who explained in detail this years quote. Catherine was so helpful in explaining my Building and Contents insurance with me. My call concerned insuring my wife’s car which became due after I had recently insured with you my own car.
