This is a company I have used in the past and like most insurance companies I would recommend that you search around. I found the quote competitive and the staff dealing very friendly. I liked the fact that they responded by answering the phone and the same person came back to me. Although I did ring around I used this company as they did not employ a hard sell. Hard copies of documents were despatched and arrived on time.

I have used A plan in the past and even recommend them to a friend. I’m always impressed by their professionalism and very helpful. I don’t mind paying a small amount more to be able to speak to people immediately and not press buttons on my phone to finally get the through to a machine.

Took over an old company vehicle and had to ensure it in my name. Often one has to "start again" with no no claims bonus but A-Plan operatives sorted things so I ended up with a very good deal!

I like the idea of an insurance company with an actual office that you can walk I to.

At A-Plan they listen to your request then work out the best way to cover your needs in the most cost-effective way possible. This is much easier when you're dealing with a person sat in front of you, rather than a voice on the line. I have found the people here knowledgeable, but able to seek advice from their colleagues if the situation is an unusual one.

I have recently moved address. Called up to advise of this and get it changed on the system, However they wanted a £30 admin fee to change my address, my premiums were paid for the year and I had until June left on the policy,
I spoke with the advisor and I had the option of taking out a new policy which I did for a £20 administration fee
