We have just completed the purchase of a flat in Poole. I chose A-Plan after looking at the websites of various insurance brokers who covered both the local area and a wide range of risks, including property, cars and boats. Lauren responded quickly and professionally to my initial email and subsequent follow-up questions - and worked out the right solution for our particular situation. This feels like a genuine long-term solution: one relationship to deal with multiple potential problems.

Excellent service as always from the Lichfield branch! I called the branch asking for a home insurance policy and spoke with Matt. Matt has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. In my previous policies I’ve spoken with Ashley who again was a great help just like all the staff at A Plan in Lichfield. Great service as always - thank you!

It is very upsetting to see what is written here about not to leave anything offensive. It is really very “off putting” ! Please do not think that all your customers are unkind with their words. It would be very helpful if the word offensive could be removed.I am confidence that a high percentage of customers are decent people like myself.

Renewal when smooth But one error with policy the renewal certificate had Our caravan details but not our but not our home address in the correspondence this does not help us when submitting new policy to caravan park I am awaiting corrections to be sorted which should have been sent to me via email by 5pm today But I have not got can someone sort as a matter of urgency please......
