Great and friendly BUt had to call three times as the documents didnt arrive and call again because the recovery plan documents were not included. Anoyingly the man said they had been sent within the first email but they WERE NOT. A bit frustrating but its insurance, hey ..

I have just been supported by a most helpful and respectful gentlemen called Sean Cody . His demeanour attitude, respectfulness have really set my day off on a good foot . Recently I've had to make a claim following a minor accident in one of our company vehicles. I had the pleasure of speaking and having my claim dealt with by Justyna. She was polite, professional, friendly and fully explained the procedure involved in making our claim. I had cause to contact her again to get an update on the authorisation for the repairs as we needed our vehicle mended and back as quickly as possible. She came back to us in no time at all with an update from the insurers. She was also quick to answer another query I had. She has given 1st class customer service & nothing seems to be too much trouble for her. She certainly deserves 5 stars plus!
We have used A-Plan for over 10 years and currently have 3 company vehicles & liability insurance through them. They have never given anything other than excellent customer service. Whoever we have spoken to have always been polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend A-Plan for any insurance needs.
