I have used A-Plan for many years and always appreciated their wonderful customer service. However for the past two years that has excelled. I want to thank Andrew Read for all his hard work in creating policies to cover my small business. Andrew goes above and beyond and is always a pleasure to deal with, making sure I had exactly the right cover for the services I provide and at a very reasonable premium. I can now go ahead with confidence knowing that I am fully covered and that should anything happen I can rely on the expertise of the excellent team at A-Plan.

I used A-plan years ago, I took out car Insurance last year with them after a few years lapse,they said if I looked at them this year for my home insurance as well they would try to do me a good deal ,which they did ,I am glad to say .

Professional and friendly service provided by Tamsin. She talked me through the renewal process explaining everything as we went along and was not pushy at all in terms of trying to get me to add additional cover such as motor legal protection, etc. This is the third year in a row I have used A-Plan Insurance as their prices are always the most competitive and they have a lot of knowledge and experience regarding camper vans compared to other providers, so I feel safe in their hands. I would definitely recommend them, especially when insuring motor homes/camper vans.

Excellent service from Luke at A plan , I have had quite a few conversations with different companies and I must say that Luke's knowledge and understanding of our requirements was brilliant. Having come from a personal lines insurance back ground myself it was great to listen to Luke who explained everything and provided the correct product I required and did not push etc

I sail a 'classic' half-tonner and once a year I enjoy 3 'friendy' races as part of the Suffolk Yacht Harbour Classic regatta. I needed policy that allows me to do just that - not one that didn't distinguish me from a season-long racer. A friend of mine recommended Yvonne at the Parkstone office and she was excellent. She researched and tailored a boat policy for me so that it covered just what I needed and no more. The result was a price that looks very good value. Very happy.
