I use A Plan for my car insurance , and enjoy great customer service . Tried them yesterday for house insurance , took my policy out today . Jaide understood exactly what i needed , and came back today with a comprehensive and very clear straight forward policy . All done over the phone and confirmed by e mail .

What an amazing service from Chantal from the Tooting office. From getting the best quotes ( better than all online quotes at these comparison websites) from providing the correct product, arranging a comfortable payment plan, and making sure policy was live before collecting the vehicle. A personalized service , tailored to my needs, which is so missing these days. 7 stars for Chantal. Would highly recommend A Plan rather than an one robot!!. Ha e been using these guys for 15 years and hopefully.a y more to come.

Spoke to Catherine Smith at the Tooting office who took me through the details of my contents insurance renewal. I found Catherine very helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't rush me and repeated information while I made notes. So much better than trying to find cover for myself. Would definitely recommend A Plan.

The Tooting branch of A-plan was recommended to me as being very good to deal with on the phone. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. After asking the questions I was told that they would call me back with a quote within 30 minutes and they did - in 15 minutes!
All the paperwork arrived within a few days as they said it would.
It's nice to know there are real people on the end of the phone that you can talk to without going through to many hoops and who will cheerfully help with any problems.

I got my home insurance renewal documents through the post (from another company) and thought it looked a bit expensive this year. So I just walked into A-Plan and asked them to have a look at it. They saved me £50 for the year, for the same cover (actually slightly better cover now), best thing is that if I have to claim, I know where the office is, I've met the claims manager and there's a direct number to them.

A plan have just acquired my independent broker that I have used for decades.The first renewal was handled well by Daniel Wright.I was considering moving to smaller broker but will stay with A Plan if the level of service remains as good as this renewal.
