I visited the Hereford office in person to renew my car insurance. As usual, the staff were friendly and very efficient. Within a short time my policy was renewed after all the various options had been described and discussed with me.

Warm and friendly environment. I had to ask for a copy of my contract after 3 weeks waiting and found out it was wrong. They quickly changed my car insurance and apologised for the mistake, but they were really good and I would go back to them.

Upon renewal I spoke with Michael Wyse who went the extra mile when I had obtained a quote cheaper elsewhere with Adrian Flux. Michael asked about the other quote and pointed out hidden costs e.g the agreed value process. He then spoke with his manager to close the gap in costs so now I have better cover without hidden costs for just a couple £ more.

The easiness of my interaction. So easy, I was a bit afraid to do it straight away so I went home to review it, think about it, then decide. But the more I thought about it and reviewed it, the more clearer it became. I went back a couple of times before deciding to go ahead and your agent was pleasant, relaxed, not pushy, always said it was ok, to take my time and answering every question without making me feel uncomfortable about it. By the time I decided, I was thoroughly informed so I was happy to go ahead.
