Upon looking for insurance for my modified t5 I was getting a lot of very expensive quotes, I seen on the vw forums A-Plan had been highly recommended, I gave them a call and the and received a quote half the price of other quotes I received. Customer service is exceptional, I also needed to change my private plate Over and that wasn’t an issue and was sorted promptly, even better this wasn't even any fee’s for doing so unlike the majority of other companies. Now I know why a plan was highly recommended, great company to deal with and great customer service!

First time customer, I was very impressed with the service I received from Anthony at the Bletchley Branch. He arranged my car insurance and ensured it was accurately insured as an Import. I would highly recommend this company.
There was only one problem and that is getting your documents using the online website. This did not work and I found it very frustrating. I have never had to wait for my documents. However I mentioned this to Anthony and he emailed me the documents immediately. His responses to all my emails was very quick. Thank you Anthony for all your help.

Arranged my camper van conversion with A-Plan yesterday, had a lengthy discussion about my required cover with Tamsin.
She went through everything with me in comprehensive detail, explaining all the detail in a professional and unhurried manner, got me an excellent price including cover for things I hadn't thought about!!!
