The best thing about A plan is the advisor does the work finding the best policy for your needs. A year later, they are in touch with a renewal quote. This is my third year with them for the specialist buildings insurance I require. They are wonderful and when your advisor calls you, you deal with a real human being, a knowledgeable, personable, polite and very pleasant one. This is insurance at its very competitive best instead of comparison sites, algorithms and mega irritation!

I have insured my car and contents with A-Plan for over 20 years, with only a couple of gaps inbetween when I changed my car. My experience has been that they are efficient and competitive on price. I would recommend.

Firstly, A Plan were one of the few insurers who were able to provide a quote for my specialist vehicle. When an issue arose with the breakdown coverage on my policy they were extremely responsive and provided a solution that demonstrates their focus on customer service. Very different from the experience I've had with other insurance companies.

An excellent customer service. We went to A-Plan on a recommendation.We were able to discuss our requirements and have our questions answered by a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable member of A-Plans local office. This made the process of setting up our car insurance quick and easy. It made us then decide to take out our home insurance (which was coming up for renewal) with A-Plan. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quotes on insurances.
