Spoke to a real person! Answered the phone quickly without having to wait hours for someone to answer, phoned me back when they said they were going to, answered all my questions, I also have taken out other insurance with them previously, any problems to speak to them first, first class, well done.

You were not prepared to discuses an option for a better car insurance due to circumstances , I have just lost my Husband , very quickly and without reason and NOT expected at all but you have chosen not to deal with my situation just not been bothered at al!!!!

I’m recommending A plan to my friends and family. Seriously impressed with the personal touch. Thea explained so much about the pros and cons of various schemes in one single telephone conversation, I was seriously impressed and know I made the right choice. Every time I e mailed requesting a call back I was contacted within minutes, if she couldn’t call she replied with a time when she would be in touch.
I have insurance which is reasonably priced and covers my camper van for her true replacement value- unlike other quotes I was given. Totally recommend.

Insurance was carried out quickly as promised. Hollie Webb at Shirley had a very good telephone manor, she was patient and spoke clearly. I had Covid so asked her to call back another day - which she did.

I rang A-Plan to organise car insurance, having recently moved back to the UK from Australia. Rebecca Scott was so helpful - explained everything and cleared up all queries. What was so good was that the phone was answered promptly and Rebecca was either immediately available or called me back very quickly…such a pleasant surprise for us older people in this new world.

I’ve been with a plan since the 1990’s I have car insurance with them classic car insurance house insurance. They will always be competitive and regularly beat equivalent quotes. Great to be with a very professional but very personal to you insurance company. They will do everything they can to give you the best price and service available on the market

I was struggling to make changes to my motor insurance policy. I was being charged huge admin costs and a prohibitively large amount to add my son as an additional driver. I happened to be passing the A plan shop and walked in on chance to see if they could advise. They were brilliant! I have now cancelled my old policy and am with a company recommended by A plan.
A very competitive price was secured and my son and I am now fully insured to drive my new car. I will definitely be using them for all insurance in future.
Although I am computer literate and love technology, there are times when one needs to speak with a real human - at A plan I can even see them! Thank you A plan.
