I dealt with someone called Katherine who was very quick and efficient.The only thing i found quite difficult was Katherine talked very fast and i found it difficult to keep up with the questions that were being asked of me.I did mention that i was deaf in one ear. Apart from this she managed to keep the quote down.

We've used A-Plan for cars and house insurance. Alice Fey ,Chelmsford office, is excellent and very, very helpful. We got good prices (compared to what was offered for renewal by existing insurers) and excellent service. Alice is happy to answer question and gives straight answers. We will use A-Plan again!

I had a very diligent thorough account manager who worked through the issues with me. He made some suggestions that I would not have thought of. He rang me back exactly when promised and suggested some excellent policies that gave me everything I wanted for a very large saving. The complexity of home insurance makes this a great area for a knowledgeable agent to really add value. One happy customer!

Returning customer. A-Plan offered a very competitive quote for my car insurance. Patrick, who was the sales operative proved to be knowledgeable and efficient, meeting all my requirements. Likewise Ruth, who contacted me after the policy became active, displayed a thorough knowledge of the requirements. Both members of the A-Plan staff were courteous and polite.
